Conditions of Sale

Registration

Registration is required to make purchases on the site www.2gelettrica.it. You can register either as a Consumer, both in quality and Professional. The prices do not vary depending on the type of registration. We remind you that the data entered during registration will be included in the invoice, then the customer has the obligation to check the correctness and truthfulness of the data entered. In the case where the Customer is a "Consumer” (physical person who buys goods for purposes not related to professional activity), once the online purchase procedure, shall print and/or save an electronic copy but keep these general conditions of sale (legislative Decree no. 185/1999) In the case where the Customer is a "Professional” (the passive subject of the Vat) has the obligation to insert its own header and its own vat number in the registration form, which will be reported in the invoice. The invoice will be generated to both Consumers and the Professionals. The data collected will not be in any way disseminated to third parties or used for statistical surveys (legislative Decree n. 196/2003). Proposal and acceptance

Customers may place orders only after you have Registered and have accepted the conditions of sale. The contractual proposal of the Customer to the 2g Electric snc shall be deemed accepted, and therefore the contract becomes valid, when the 2g Electric snc starts to work the stage of processing and shipping the order (silence detailed Article 1326 c.c.).2g Electrical snc will send notification of the shipment of the order to the email address indicated by the Customer as soon as this has occurred. 2g Electrical snc reserves the right not to accept the order, and shall send any communication to the Customer. If 2g Electrical snc does not send the Client any communication concerning the non-acceptance of the order means that this has been accepted. And' excluded any right of Customer to damages or compensation, or any contractual or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, provokes to you from the lacked acceptance, also partial, of an order. The Customer may request the cancellation of the order, that is, withdraw its proposal, without costs if the 2g Electric snc has not yet accepted the contract proposal. Any costs incurred by the 2g Electric snc, who in good faith has begun the stages of processing and shipment of Customer's order, shall be indemnified by the Customer. (No. 1328 c.c.) In the execution of the order, the Customer declares to have taken vision of all the indications concerning the procedure of buying that fully agrees together with the general conditions and payment below mentioned.
