DELIVERY TIMES

All products added to cart are ready for delivery. In the process of being added to the cart there is a real-time check on availability

The shipping of the order is subject to a proper formulation of the same (controllable in your order history) and to the receipt of the payment. Orders completed before 12:00 are shipped the same day, after this time the shipment takes place the following working day. In the time of the shipment is sent confirmation email with tracking code.
The shipments are all Express, Insured and trackable, made via Courier BRT and TNT.

NB: For urgent shipments we recommend payment through PayPal, Credit Card and cash on delivery. For the bank transfer are in fact needed 1/2 days to find the good outcome of the payment. To learn more about payments click here

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs depend on the amount of the order, the following is exposed the amount. To know the exact amount of the shipping costs add the product to cart!

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 21/02/2014, n. 21 may be exercised within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. The request may be exercised by e-mail to info@2gelettrica.it, or via toll-free 800-196867. The refund will occur within 14 calendar days from receiving the returned goods. The products returned must, however, be equal to the new, in the original box if present and free of any signs of wear and tear.
The goods to be returned, unless otherwise stated must be shipped at your expense to the following address: 2g electric, Via Luigi Einaudi, 21 35010 Curtarolo (PD) P. Iva

In the case of:

RETURN: the customer wish to return the goods and receive a refund. Send via email to info@2gelettrica.it the request made to the Service Customer indicating the references of the order, the item to be returned, and your own IBAN to which you want to receive the refund. If the request is accepted, the customer will receive detailed instructions in an email response. Received the goods, if intact and in the original box, will be issued a refund and credit note for the returned products.

ARTICLE EXCHANGE: the customer purchased an item that you want to replace.
Customer indicating the references of the order, the item to be changed, and your IBAN. If the request is accepted, the customer will receive detailed instructions in an email response. Received the goods, if intact and in the original box, will be issued a refund and credit note for the returned products. The customer will be able to make then to buy yourself the replacement product

EXCLUSIONS

The right of withdrawal can NOT be exercised in these cases:

  • The article is specifically ordered for the customer, both if not included in the catalogue is it is present but in smaller quantities as ordered.
  • The Customer buys with VAT.
  • Withdrawal of a portion of a product purchased in a Kit. (However, it is possible the withdrawal of a part of an order)
